["The fuck is sensai corp?" He can't help but wonder, not so subtly shuffling some of the papers to really get a better look. Beyond that the blueprints are decent work and when he sees Kon's hand in his peripheral vision again he hands over all papers rather reluctantly.

He can't blame the kid for being wary after what Hiro just did.]
Don't you have your own computer you can be using to work on stuff instead of sneaking around here? [He's pretty sure he knows the answer, but he's fishing. He's curious how often this occurs, where Kon's staying, more about his MO. Anything he can get.]

[He'll have to ask the others later. They might know more than he does thanks to being older and more aware of the happenings of the city. Fred especially might know based on how often he actually (surprisingly) watches the news.]

You also have a higher risk of being caught doing something you shouldn't and not being able to save your work fast enough. [Just a thought. Kid looks like he's ready though and so Hiro stands and picks up Baymax's case, waiting for Kon to move first.] And I earned that lab so don't even go there.

[More like inherited...but still.] How far's your dorm?

[He's not wrong; that's exactly what Hiro's intentions are. It's not only so that he can tail the kid and make sure he's actually going home but also just to make sure he gets back safe. No wayward security guards or whatever. There's only a hum under his breath, no real words following but just enough to indicate a fair point.

"Show me."]

[He has enough grace not to laugh in the kid's face as he watches carefully, waiting for the door to slide open as he takes the suitcase and quietly follows him out. Judging by the way he's walking he's used to sneaking around places as well and he doesn't say anything once they close up the lab behind them. He follows the boy down the hall and stares over the top of his head, memorizing the way as they disappear deeper into the building.

He doesn't speak up, doesn't say "how far" or "where are we going" but trusting Kon to actually behave. He knows he can't control what will happen in ten minutes, but he can at least be aware of what's going on for the next five. The school's also deadly silent which is sort of alarming in and of itself. He's used to SFIT bustling even at the latest hours.

It can't be too far...can it?]

[Then again, it's not like Hiro believes in curfews or such silly things anyway. He's always pushed the boundaries of everything, even long before the Six formed.

The silence is just starting to unnerve him when they reach Kon's room and he's about to usher him into his room and say goodbye when he really gets a good look at the inside of the room. Someone lives there, but it's not lived in. That much is obvious. It's the way his old bedroom felt at his parents' house when they were moving in with Aunt Cass after his parents died. It's the way sometimes Tadashi's side felt until Hiro banished the partition. It's concerning is what it is and he lift an eyebrow.]

Lot of late nights? [He goes with the easy route. He wouldn't blame Kon for pushing him for being nosy but this is not boding well with him for some reason.]

[Truth be told he doesn't care if Kon's happy or not. There's something itching in the back of his head that's telling him something's not right even if he can't wrap his head around it yet and his eyes move quietly over the room.]

Yeah. Believe me, I know. Thanks to somebody, I'm probably spending the night at my lab again. […this isn't his business even if he's nosy. The kid has a school of people to look after him. He'll be fine, right?]

Do me a favor and don't hack into my shit again. You seem like a smart kid. You can probably find something else to break into that's safer. [Subtly threatening middle schoolers: a Hiro Hamada story.]

[He shifts the suitcase under his arm, frowning in thought as he thinks that through. That…makes a scary amount of sense. He should have thought of that himself and he nods slowly.]

I'll keep that in mind. Things have been kinda busy lately so I've been making do with what we have. [No apology's needed. It's good work. No good work should need an apology. He opens his mouth to address something, but his cell phone suddenly breaks the silence with a loud chirp twice in a row. Fishing it out, he looks at the screen and that frown deepens, eyebrows furrowing together as his nostrils flare and he jams the phone back into his pocket.]

Yes, but not now. I gotta go. [There's a new problem in the city. A text from Honey alerted him to danger and asked him to book it back to SFIT. He couldn't stay here any longer than necessary.] Think about what I said though.

[And he doesn't even look back, turning on his heel and quickly walking out of the room. It's only when he thinks Kon can't see him that he immediately bolts into a run to get back to his moped.]
