[Izuku's fallen recently to meet his soulmate. He's nervous, how can everybody else be so sure of their soulmate? Maybe because they've met them before a lifetime or two ago, but for Izuku who hasn't even seen his before- well, it makes him nervous.
Angels are supposed to do no wrong... or at least that's what he hears, but he feels like he can and could at any moment.
Not to mention having his wings tucked away into tattoos is more than a little uncomfortable, constantly stiff, like being stuffed into a new pair of jeans.
How exactly is he supposed to tell who his soulmate is anyway? Everybody just says you'll know when you see them, but what if it doesn't work for him? He groans and buries his head in his hands.
