[ Miyuki doesn't reply right away, although there's the telltale ✔ seen to the text. He's here, he's paying attention to his phone, and now he goes from this confusing text to looking at the snapchat he gets.
And he stares for a very long moment before the snap dies. He has to replay it again - Mei will get a notification of that, of course - before he takes a screencap while knowing that he'll see a notif for that, too. Because he's processing everything that he sees. And also remembering that, yeah, it's his birthday, the party his teammates threw was very real.
Then he grins at his phone. ]

Anyone would think it was too bad that Mei didn't actually go to Seido, but he is not one of those people. Not when they have such personalities as Furuya Satoru and Sawamura Eijun also on the team. ]

But oh, his mood is even better now.
He can still remember the sound that Mei had made when he left that behind, clear in his memory and matching right up with the snap he gets. Honestly, if he could, he'd leave one on the other side to mirror it. Alas, they're separated by their rivalry, as per usual. Which is too bad, he'd take that as a birthday present. ]

[ Taking a moment - after saving that - Miyuki peers out into the room thoughtfully. There's no one glaring at him like a feral wolf that wants to bite his hand off any time he pokes at it, and no one barging in to demand he catch their pitches. That's probably where Okumura went. Good. Awesome.
He hooks his finger into the collar of his shirt, and that's the first snap that Mei gets back. His hat is off, hair ruffled, and a bitemark left behind on his skin along the meat of his shoulder. ]
