[ There's affection there, with his honesty. Something about their quriks just works well together, and it drives Endeavor insane, but that's just a perk to their relationship. Deku is just... good. There's no one he trusts more. ]

[Almost all the hospitals in the city know what he's like. They know exactly how likely he is to just get up and go towards whatever danger is around, no matter how injured he is. So they put those signs there to make sure nobody attempts to enable him.
He smiles and kisses back. He'd wrap an arm around him if he wasn't afraid of jostling the wires too much.]
